Convert in your browser · No sign-up

2–50 static JPG, PNG, WebP or AVIF images · 20 MB each · 100 MB in total. New images are added to the end.

How to use

  1. Add 2–50 images, then use the arrows to put the frames in order or remove the ones you do not need.
  2. Set the GIF width, the delay between frames, whether it loops forever or plays a set number of times, and the background color.
  3. Select Make GIF, watch the animated preview, and download the GIF.

Example

Three 1200 × 800 photos, width 480 px, delay 500 ms, loop forever → a 480 × 320 animated GIF that shows each photo for half a second and repeats.

Details and limitations

Each frame is reduced to its own 256-color palette, the GIF format's limit, so photos with smooth gradients can show some banding. Encoding runs in a background worker so the page stays responsive.

Everything happens in your browser and your images are never uploaded. To keep encoding fast, width × height × frame count is limited to 40 million pixels.

FAQ

How do I make a GIF from photos on my phone?

Open this page in your phone's browser, tap Add images and choose your photos. Arrange them, tap Make GIF, then download the result. A narrower width such as 320–480 px keeps the file small enough to share.

What frame delay should I use?

100–200 ms gives smooth, quick motion for animation frames. For a slideshow of photos, 500–2000 ms gives people time to look at each picture. Some browsers play delays under 20 ms more slowly, so the minimum here is 20 ms.

Why is my GIF file so large?

GIFs compress photos poorly. Reduce the width, use fewer frames, or choose images with flat colors. Halving the width roughly quarters the pixel count of every frame.
