Details and limitations

A full cross covers one square. The PDF includes an overview, a color list and tiles of up to 40 × 50 stitches with global row and column numbers.

This tool does not generate backstitch, half stitches or brand-specific thread codes. Crop the source image before uploading if you only want part of a photo.

FAQ

Does the chart use DMC thread numbers?

No. Colors are extracted from your image and listed as HEX swatches with unique symbols and stitch counts. Match the swatches to physical thread yourself.

How do I print a large chart?

Download the PDF. After the overview and legend, the numbered tiles cover the full chart without overlapping stitches. Choose color or symbols-only view before exporting.

Are my photos uploaded?

No. Image decoding, color reduction and export happen in your browser.
