Files up to 2 MB in UTF-8 or UTF-16; up to 500,000 characters per PDF.
How to use
- Paste text or open a .txt file; the preview shows how lines wrap on the page.
- Choose the font size (10–16 px), monospace or not, whether to keep line breaks, and the page setup.
- Select Download PDF. Long text continues onto as many pages as it needs.
Example
A 3,000-line server log → a numbered multi-page PDF in a monospace font with every line kept.
Details and limitations
With line breaks kept, every line, blank line and run of spaces stays as typed, tabs become spaces at 4-column stops, and lines longer than the page wrap. Turned off, blank lines separate paragraphs and single line breaks flow together.
Files must be UTF-8 or UTF-16 (with a byte order mark). Other encodings such as GBK, Shift_JIS or Windows-1252 are not detected; re-save the file as UTF-8 first.
FAQ
Is my text file uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is read and the PDF is built in your browser. Only the Noto font files are downloaded from Google Fonts on the first export.
Can I convert Chinese or Japanese text to PDF?
Yes. Chinese, Japanese and Korean text is embedded with Noto Sans CJK fonts as selectable text; in monospace mode Latin letters use Noto Sans Mono and CJK characters use the matching Noto font.
Why do columns in my text not line up?
Columns aligned with spaces need a monospace font. Turn on Monospace font and keep line breaks, and check that the file uses spaces or tabs consistently.
