Convert in your browser · No sign-up
Long tables continue on the next page without splitting a row. The header row is printed once, at the top of the table.
How to use
- Paste CSV or TSV text, open a .csv, .tsv or .txt file, or load the sample.
- Check the delimiter and header settings, then choose font size, row shading and page setup.
- Select Download PDF to save the table as a PDF.
Example
Date,Region,Units 2026-01-05,North,120 → a PDF table with a shaded Date | Region | Units header row and right-aligned numbers.
Details and limitations
Quoted values may contain commas, quotes and line breaks. Columns whose values are all numbers are aligned to the right, and tables with more than six columns start in landscape orientation.
Cells are printed as plain text exactly as written in the file — numbers and dates are not reformatted and formulas are not calculated.
FAQ
Is my CSV file uploaded?
No. The data is parsed and the PDF is created in your browser. Only font files are downloaded from Google Fonts the first time you export.
How do I fit a wide CSV on one page width?
Use landscape orientation, narrow margins and a smaller font size. Long cell values wrap inside their column.
Can I convert an Excel .xlsx file?
Save or export the sheet as CSV first, or copy the cells from your spreadsheet and paste them here — copied cells arrive tab-separated and are detected automatically.
