Results

Spin the wheel to see results here.

How to use

  1. The wheel starts with two slices: Yes and No. Turn on “Add Maybe” for a third answer.
  2. Click Spin, or focus the wheel and press Space or Enter.
  3. Read the answer under the wheel; every spin is added to the results list.

Example

Entries: Yes, No
Spin → the wheel stops on “No”
With “Add Maybe” on, each answer has a 1 in 3 chance.

Details and limitations

The answer is drawn with your browser's cryptographic random number generator before the animation starts, so Yes and No are equally likely unless you add extra lines.

You can rename the answers or add your own (for example “Ask again later”) in the entries box; the list is saved only in this browser.

FAQ

Is the yes or no wheel 50/50?

Yes. With one Yes and one No line each answer has exactly a 1 in 2 chance. Adding Maybe makes it 1 in 3 each; listing an answer twice doubles its chance, and that is visible as an extra slice.

Can I change Yes and No to other words?

Yes. Edit the entries box: every line becomes a slice. “Restore default list” brings back Yes and No.

Can I send this wheel to a friend?

Click “Copy share link”. The answers are stored in the part of the link after #, which browsers do not send to our server.
