Public/private keys are hexadecimal. Choose the matching C1C3C2 or C1C2C3 order. Ciphertext omits the initial 04 point marker.

Are my keys or files uploaded?

No. Calculation happens locally in a Web Worker. Clearing or leaving the page discards its working state.
