Check exp, nbf, iat, issuer and audience against an explicit reference time and leeway.

Does not verify the signature. Times must be safe integer Unix seconds. Expiration is required for the overall check to pass; missing optional time claims are reported.

Up to 100,000 UTF-16 units per input and 1,000,000 per result. See the supported formats and examples below.
