INI to JSON

Convert INI assignments and single-level sections to JSON string values.

Supports full-line # and ; comments. Duplicate sections or keys are rejected. Values are literal; no interpolation or type inference.

Up to 100,000 UTF-16 units per input and 1,000,000 per result. See the supported formats and examples below.
