Tool input

Image, PDF, text and data tools process input in your browser and do not upload files. Image to text downloads its OCR engine and language data from cdn.jsdelivr.net on first use; your image is not sent. Tools that create PDFs from text (Markdown, Word, HTML, TXT, CSV, invoices) download Noto font files from fonts.gstatic.com (Google Fonts) on first use; your text is not sent. Sign PDF loads handwriting-style fonts from the same service when you type a signature. Some code converters, including TypeScript and Sass tools, send input to site API endpoints. Loading code, fonts or other resources still makes network requests. Speech to text downloads its selected model and runtime from this site and may cache them in your browser. Audio and transcripts are processed in a Web Worker and are not uploaded or saved by this tool.

Browser storage

Some editors keep input in session storage so it can reappear after a reload or in a related tool in the same tab. Some tools save settings or lists in local storage on your device, for example wheel entries, timer and Pomodoro settings, a Markdown draft, the theme and a closed ad. A shared wheel link carries its entries in the part of the address after #, which browsers do not send to servers. Clear site data when using a shared device.

Tool usage counts

We count page views and tool actions with a random tab-session identifier, renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity or at UTC midnight. Our Netlify service stores the date, tool, language, referring hostname or campaign labels, coarse country, device/browser category, and action counts. No tool inputs, output, filenames, account identifiers or raw user agents are sent with these events. Known crawlers are excluded, but bot detection is not perfect. Saved tools and recent-tool history remain on your device. GA4 separately measures users and retention.

Comments and translation

Signing in with GitHub shares your public profile with the comment service; repository and email permissions are not requested. Comments, replies, public author profiles and translations are stored on Netlify. A secure session cookie lasts up to seven days, and drafts stay in this tab’s session storage. Clicking Translate sends the public comment text to MyMemory. Deleting a comment removes its body from the discussion; its floor and replies remain.

Advertising and diagnostics

The site integrates Google AdSense, Google Analytics, Umami (self-hosted at sa.douni.one), Microsoft Clarity, Vercel Analytics, and Plausible (ap.douni.one). These services may process usage, device and diagnostic data and use cookies or similar technologies. Their policies are linked below; browser-side conversion does not mean the whole site makes no external requests.
