ENV to JSON

Parse simple dotenv assignments into a JSON object of strings.

Supports export, quoted values and comments. Duplicate keys are rejected. Variables are not expanded and shell commands are never evaluated.

Up to 100,000 UTF-16 units per input and 1,000,000 per result. See the supported formats and examples below.
